There is a group of people which do believe West is the highest living human being in the world. Their website says

This New Age style religion, based around the saviour Kanye West, they strive to create a world that transcends status and celebrates creativity. West believes in the art, he believes in the artist. By prescribing to the beliefs of West, we authenticate his claims of being a "God," therefore it is very possible that West could be a messiah. Or at least a prophet.
